The following information should be included with the application form:
- A comprehensive curriculum vitae listing relevant work experience including position, organisation, key responsibilities and years of service.
- Originals or certified copies of your academic record and proof of completion of previous degrees
- Completed School Application cover sheet - (you can either handwrite or type your answers directly onto the form before printing out)
Closing dates for applications
First round: 31 October 2011 (for the start of Semester 1 in late February/ early March)
Extended closing date: 20 January 2012
Important:
NOTE: The closing date for domestic applications has now been extended to 20th January 2012. A limited number of commonwealth supported places for single or combined Masters degrees in Public Health, Health Management or International Health are available and will be allocated in a second round selection process following the extended closing date. Offers will be made in early February 2012. Please ensure that you have submitted your online application and your supporting documents to the Direct Admissions Office by the closing date.
Late application for tuition fee places in Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma and Masters programs are open.
Selection for Admission
Your application will be acknowledged by the Direct Admissions Office and then referred to the School for consideration. All applications that meet the minimum entry requirements will be considered. You will be notified of the outcome of your application by the Direct Admissions Office. Successful applicants will be sent information about appropriate acceptance procedures and should accept their offer as soon as possible to reserve their place. The School will send a package of information about the program and enrolment procedures following acceptance of the offer of a place in the program.

IMPORTANT:
- A new application and selection procession is being implemented for postgraduate coursework programs at the School of Public Health and Community Medicine for applicants wishing to commence in S1 2012.
- Tuition fee places only will be available for Graduate Certificate and Graduate Diploma programs in Public Health, International Public Health and Health Management.
- A limited number of Commonwealth Supported Places (CSP) will be available in Masters programs on a competitive basis. Tuition fee places will also be available in Masters programs. Students who have not been offered a CSP will automatically be considered for a tuition fee place. Offers will be made in early December.
- Fees are charged per semester based on current enrolment at the time. Students who are offered a tuition fee place may be eligible for the Fee Help Scheme. For additional information about tuition fees, Fee-Help and CSP see the links below.
- Students who commence the Masters program on a tuition fee basis and wish to apply for a commonwealth supported place in Semester 2 2012 can do so by submitting a new application for Semester 2 2012 .
