This system is available to all School Staff and is password protected. It's purpose is to allow you to make a BOOKING REQUEST for a room or resource (non CATS). All requests involve an approval process.

Please note: FireFox is currently not a supported web browser.

Instructions:

1. Go to the Booking System
2. Login using the following details:
   Username (case sensitive): ("s" or "z" + your staff number)
   Password (case sensitive): (your UNIPASS)
   For further information regarding your UNIPASS please contact UNSW IT Services.
3. Open the calendar for a specific Room or Resource
4. Check the calendar to see if the Room or Resource is available for the time slot you need. The Booking system will NOT permit you to make a double booking.
5. If available, click on the "Booking Request" button and complete the form. Please remember that all times are to be entered in 24hr format.
6. Online help is also available [UniPass login].

Please contact ACSU (x51333) and log a support call for MCSU (ATTN: Luc Betbeder-Matibet) for any access problems.
