| Primary focus of research is Patient Safety. Chief Investigator of the Threats to Australian Patient Safety (TAPS) study, which broadly investigated reports of error from the community, establihed the incidence of reported error in General Practice settings and developed a taxonomy to describe the nature of reported errors in General Practice. Collaborative work with DOHA, NSW Health, RACGP and Divisions of GP (AGPN).
