CCGR Strategy

The Centre’s research effort embodies a range of relevant disciplines and skills and international perspectives and encompasses a strong multi-disciplinary ethos. This cross-fertilisation of clinical, health services and social science research perspectives mean that the methods and approaches utilised are not only integrated and tailored to clinical-organizational questions, but also highly innovative in their combination of traditional research tools, including surveys, case studies and interviews, and innovative methods such as clinical task analysis, video-analysis, discourse analysis and ethnography.

Innovation in research and dissemination of findings

The Centre embraces research innovation in two ways. First it has developed creative ways to conceptualise research and evaluation projects and conduct them, using partners and collaborators to provide input. Second, it is innovative about disseminating findings for the benefit of sponsors, identified stakeholders and the wider health community.
