Induction Day for New Teaching Staff

Time: 0900 - 1630
Location: Scenario Room 9, Level 1, Mathews Building, Kensington campus (Map).


YOU MUST REGISTER online to attend for all or part of the day - via the Registration link (available closer to the date)

Who should attend


1. All new teaching staff
  • Clinical (incl. rural school) academic staff with teaching duties
  • Campus based academic staff:
    • with teaching responsibilities in the 3802 Medical Program
    • teaching staff in SOMS and SPHCM (undergraduate or postgraduate courses)
    • new casual or sessional teaching staff are also welcome to attend
  • New Conjoint clinical staff are also encouraged to attend all or part of the day
2. Current teachers are also welcome to attend all or part of the day
  • E.g. sessional staff, PhD students who tutor, Phase 1 facilitators, conjoint lecturers etc.
NOTE - New Phase 1 facilitators should attend this induction day as the first of the two required training days. The second day content is more specific to the medical program and Phase 1. Facilitator Induction Day 2 - click here.
