Professor Hillman’s research involves actively re-engineering health services, with close clinician involvement, and evaluating complex interventions.

Current Project Work
Professor Hillman is the Foundation Director of the Simpson Centre for Health Services Research. He is also Professor of Intensive Care at the University of New South Wales. Professor Hillman is also an actively practising clinician in Intensive Care Medicine and has secured approximately A$8 million in peer-reviewed grants; published over 100 peer-reviewed articles and textbooks on Intensive Care Medicine.
