  • International Institute on Ageing - The International Institute on Ageing is an autonomous body under the auspices of the United Nations, inaugurated in Malta in 1988. the Institute's main objectives are to fulfill the training needs of developing countries and to facilitate the implementation of the Vienna International Plan of Action on Ageing. The Institute provides multi-disciplinary education and training in specific areas related to ageing, and also acts as a catalyst as regards the exchange of information on issues concerned with ageing.
  • Malta College of Family Doctors
  • Malta Resuscitation Council - The MRC was established in 2004. Its mission statement is to preserve life by improving standards of resuscitation in Malta and to co-ordinate the activities of various organisations involved in resuscitation and emergency medical care.
  • Malta Memorial District Nursing Association - The MMDNA is a non-governmental organisation set up to provide domiciliary nursing services in the Maltese Islands.
  • Maltese Paediatric Association - The purpose of the Maltese Paediatric Association is to promote the improvement of the level of medical care offered to children in Malta and Gozo. This website is intended for both medical doctors and other health workers, as well as for parents.
  • Medical Association of Malta - The principal purpose of the Medical Association of Malta is to regulate relations between members in the profession and between members and their employers or employers' associations in accordance with the Laws of Malta.
